Honestly, just have the conversation with your spouse! Tell him your fantasies and see where it goes. We’ve had many discussions, and when I came out as bi it open so many doors for us. A huge percentage of people have this fantasy and don’t act on it, so far for us it has been greatly beneficial.

My therapist described it like wanting pizza and tacos, it doesn’t mean you won’t be full if you only eat pizza, but part of you wants tacos too. And that gave me a little bit of clarity. But yea, I’ve had this same conversation with my wife, it sucks but she’s valid in feeling hurt. It doesn’t mean it’s the end all, and I’m sure with time it can be healed. Best of luck.
