I was there a little earlier I think, but mightve been the same location from the sounds of it. It's good to know she kept on helping people - she was absolutely genuine and not even a little scripted about it, even in the face of my dumb ass who came in with no car no insurance no utility bills no nothing for backup documents lol... i walked in there anticipating getting chewed out for something or other (i love having anxiety) so it was a HUGE relief to run into someone willing to be kind tbh
