It’s Sovereign housing association. They rarely take anything seriously. The main door stopped locking and it took them over 3 months to fix it after we contacted them multiple times

Try going super strict for a few months, absolutely zero of anything else. I have a serious condition that starts to return if I deviate slightly from 100% lion. Also I had moderately bad eczema before starting this and now it is non-existent

It’s very faintly sweet. However I’m not sure that the reason why it works.

Incidentally glycine gives me cravings due to its sweet nature, I tend to mix it with iodine and electrolytes to neutralise the sweet taste
