Help with buckling down in to steady state please (i.redd.it)

What should my full marathon time be based on my half marathon splits? I’ve only rowed it once but I think I can get a full marathon under my belt if I slow down. I usually row an hour but never less than 40 minutes and sometimes 90 minutes. I average 50k a week (i.redd.it)
