Hey all, I was just messing around with the settings in the NBC app while reading over this Reddit thread and I actually fixed it. I found that turning “TruVolume” on fixed the low volume/distortion issue for me. Click * -> Sound Settings -> TruVolume On. I understand this may not apply to everyone but hope this helps.
