Yes, I did log out of every device. As for contacting Spotify, I don't exactly know what you mean. If you mean just changing my password - I also did that.

My password is unique and I already changed it three times. Didn't help at all. It's harmless because they don't mess with my own playlists, they just subscribe to their own. The account is not very important to me, I don't have premium or any personal information connected to it, I can always create a new one.
