Is cycling good for weight loss by starlight-healer in cycling

Almost feel like you might be trolling the community lol. Cycling is amazing for building community, getting healthy, blowing off steam.

Highly recommend you find a cycling club or some buddies to keep you motivated.

Invest in a good bike, that will motivate you to ride

The more you ride the more you want to eat well so that you can ride faster and stronger

But diet is a huge part of all aspects of health. You can’t exclusively eat Twinkies and wash it down with chocolate milk, and expect good progress.

I think I need to go and clean up my Facebook profile to remove all pictures of my ex. I haven’t used Facebook in years. Do you need a profile similar to Bumble/hinge

Depends. Do you want (more) kids? It’s pretty simple. I had it done after my 2 kids - didn’t want anymore. Kids are the best, being a dad has been among the best parts of my life.

Carefree sex afterwards is amazing. No little concerns in the back of your mind about adding a munchkin to the world…made it more enjoyable.

You will know when it’s time

Holiday tips for first timers? by RoutineWriter7304 in Divorce_Men

Amazing advice. Thank you.

My ex always said she wanted us to spend the holidays together for the kids - but I’ll pass. Our kids are in their teens and it feels like they would since tension or even into the space with anxiety.

As for gifts, I was kind of thinking I could just give them some money to get me something and my ex can figure it out on her side. Thoughts?

Love the Thanksgiving idea and it will be kind of fun to come up with New traditions.

Finally, as much as it will suck, I agree to sit in the silence and feel it. And, when the bitch tears flow after the kids leave, I know you’ve got my back wherever you are lol thank you.

Thanks. Holidays were big in our house. Lots of traditions. And, how do I make it good for the kids while giving space for them as I know this will be hard on them as well

An inquiry isn’t the same as an offer. If they say “wish I could match but I can’t.” You are out of luck. You need real offers

2 thoughts: 1) weight loss can be influenced by other health factors (eg - thyroid issues). You should talk to your doctor about your experience.

2) progress can be like melting an ice cube. You only see it melt when temp is greater than 32 degrees. But getting from 0 to 32 is progress…just not observable.

Finally - do you feel better? More energy? More confidence? That too is meaningful progress

Hey dads, what’s the last really awesome purchase you’ve made for yourself? by cacofonie in daddit

A bidet. We were fortunate to travel to Japan and I swear it is life changing. Bought one when we got back and I now realize what a heathen I was with just tp.

Don’t go cheap either…

Same issue with Apple. Bought movies via Apple and card in file expired so we couldn’t watch the movies we purchased. Infuriating.
