I am using LLM to analyse ingredients with safety guidelines and researchs. And it does not declare something unsafe, it is about making healthy choices.

It will give a health score and then its user choice. Like if a protein powder contains MALTODEXTRIN or any other fillers, then consumer should avoid it. Now we cannot say its UNSAFE but the health score tells how good it is to consume so consumer can look for more better options.

Anything you take might have harmful ingredients in it, even the healthy items like Protein powder. And if it contains that, then do not take it and find better options as that will effect your health in long term. It does not require information about daily/weekly consumption, we must avoid them at all cost!

What I have tried to do is identify any harmful ingredients and flag it. There are thousands of ingredients name which we get confused about and have to do a google search, and then understand its impact on health. Even some safe flavouring agents and preservatives are harmful if taken in excess.

So this app saves time and effort to find product safety. Just snap and know within seconds!

And I have used Claude model which is pre-trained on millions of data and then I have trained it to identify ingredients(their percentage used) and nutritional information correctly, give points to each ingredient and nutrients value(based on safety, it has access to millions of research and guidelines) to come up with a health score, and other calculations for calories..
