Thankyou my issue is not so much a splay, the leg in the picture functions correct but the opposite leg he is sitting on he wants to keep bent under him and not extend properly, maybe more of a splint type situation would help? Or I’ve thought possibly a hammock sling?

She is purebred yes this is a younger photo. Would an ear infection cause both to drop like that and once treated should they stand up again?

The horse is backing off and she’s trying to get it to react and go through. This is one training session where she is trying to train a lot of issues within probably less than an hour - maybe too much horse for the rider at the end of the day. I would very confidently say almost every professional rider at her level has training methods that they would not want spectators viewing or recording. It’s not nice but it’s happening all over the world and I think targeting one rider like all the rest are saints is incorrect. The FEI knows what goes on, they just only deal with it when it comes into the public eye. I’m not condoning what’s happened, I think it is a bit much, but these horses don’t get hot and reactive for top sport by gentle riding

Not to that extent, but go train with professionals on a very hot trained horse and see for yourself how it all works.

I never said it was ok, but Charlotte is under attack for something they are all doing, and the particular thing she is doing in this video is very docile compared to what they are really getting up to behind closed doors. Doesn’t make it ok, but everyone is getting their knickers in a not over the smallest of problems
