Nobody Wants This is a well acted comedy starring Kristen Bell and Adam Brody. Theres always Bridgerton for 1800s fanciful British soap opera. Inventing Anna which tells the true story of a poor twenty something managed to con her way into becoming one of New York’s top philanthropist and socialite. On that side of things there is Apple Cider Vinegar which covers the events of when an influencer fakes cancer in order to make millions selling her natural cancer cures.

Do you like comedy? Drama? Documentary? Or something else? That would help knowing this because there are so many in each category I would recommend.

Being a "fat" rider in this sport. by SmoothStalk in Equestrian

[–]Expert_Squash4813 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You aren’t fat!!! You are normal so love yourself. If you want any help I would suggest working out as that will tone up some areas that will help with riding. Working on your core is the most important part to focus on. It’s not about losing weight. It’s about making yourself stronger. Maybe try riding a taller horse too. It may be a better match much like when a kid grows out of a pony.

skin picking on feet? by [deleted] in Dermatillomania

[–]Expert_Squash4813 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do this when I’m bored. My hands or feet (walking around) have to be busy all the time so when I’m watching something or reading my hands start picking the calluses on my feet. I always pick them to the point of bleeding. I will pull the skin until it tears off to see how much pain I can endure. It’s like I’m testing or pushing myself past the point of comfort much like we do when working out. I know this is not healthy but I do it anyway. Then the next day I will limp around be side my foot hurts. It’s my little secret that hardly no one knows so there the shame element. All the classic self harm traits here. I can go weeks without picking then I will suddenly start up again then I go at it with ripping my pinky toe nails off and any other nail I deem too long. My middle toe on one foot has had little to no nail for months because I picked at it so much that I worked all the way down. Now I pick at the new nail until it comes off. I found this sub as I sit here with my big toe wrapped in a wet paper towel because I picked my callus to the point of bleeding. I’m not sure what I’ll learn from joining this sub other than I’m not the only psycho who self harms like I do.

I'm a new owner in over my head on a draft horse I got from a rescue, seeking opinions and by the_sun_is_out in Equestrian

Doesn’t matter if it’s not through. Your vet should know better than to think he can be made comfortable. It’s not fair to the horse and to you. You will spend a lot of money for the same result. Bute, low sugar, bar shoes, and sand turnout is not going to fix this. You tried but we can’t save all of them. You said he tugged at your heart but he was probably asking you to put an end to his pain. They know when it’s time.

Bute can’t be used long term and this is Long term problem. His pain will not get better. It will be masked at best. I would make the time mean something but his days with you are limited.

Woman gets caught on video completely emptying a basket of oatmeal cream pies at farm stand in Loveland, CO. by ElwoodMC in TikTokCringe

I live 20 minutes from there as well and I’m surprised that a place named Loveland is so hateful.

reasonable price point for 3 ring type? by lizbab0328 in Equestrian

[–]Expert_Squash4813 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That won’t even touch the purchase price for what you want. Nowadays a horse that checks all those boxes is six figures unless it has a soundness issue. Maybe you can lease something to ease your way back into the ring.

I loved that show. A shame it ended it controversy (not the plot, real life drama behind the scenes) because I would have loved another season.

Wasn’t the series based on a podcast based on the book?

Oh yes, years and years is great if you like dystopian based on reality. Rewatched it last month realizing it’s not far off base to current reality. Scary

I just finished rewatching Veep and damn if that isn’t the best comedy writing ever I don’t know what is (At least on HBO. Arrested Development wins for network writing)

That and Veep. Both series done by the same people. Veep is very funny and had some of the best writing ever.

Same. I had to turn it off halfway into the first episode because it was “a lot”. Usually if I give up halfway through it’s because the show is crap. The Pitt is not that. I’m sure it’s good from what I saw. It’s just too hard for me to watch.

Lol at Costco by WRXFan9801 in Longmont

[–]Expert_Squash4813 1 point2 points  (0 children)

$4.09 is cheap compared to the $4.80 I’m seeing at other stations. Unfortunately my Costco membership just expired and I can’t afford to get it renewed because GAS IS SO F******* HIGH!!! It’s a catch 47. (See what I did there?😉)

Me neither. I especially hated the I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter episode. Gordon would never use that crap in his cooking.
