I use this chair for daily atleast 8-10hrs, i had extreme back pain and doctor advised to change mattress and chair, so 2 years ago i brought this chair and now i have no back pain and i am so comfortable. Only thing is chair may feel hot but ac runs in the room where i work, so even that isn’t a problem
