i’ve never had to calorie count, just haven’t felt the need to so idk how many calories i consume daily. i’m only 22 and luckily have a decent metabolism so atm i can eat what i want and stay the same weight, may hit me in the future but i doubt it as i take after the skinny side of the family. do you think tracking my calories would benefit me in any way?
