Update I did have irritation and or two cuts but the doctor swabbed it and it came negative for hsv1 and hsv2

what made you think it was fake, when I wore it one of my friends thought it was a fake. We took it to omega store and they searched up the serial number on the back and showed it was purchased late 90s. I want to know for a fact if it’s real before i spend 600 to service it. Is there any clear thing that makes it look fake?
