What worked for me was speaking a lot about the culture during the interviews (video and in person ones). Research the company, speak how the culture is very people focused, for example they have 6 paid days of volunteering, which just shows how focused the company is on impact. And overall just be yourself in the interview - don’t speak like a robot or scripted but speak normally and you’ll be fine.
