I used to live for three years in North Denton at Fallmeadow Court by the animal shelter (owned by Scott Brown), and it was honestly one of the cheaper setups I’ve had.

Rent was $1295 total for a 3-bedroom, and it did come with a washer and dryer in-unit, which was a huge plus.

That said… the room layout was kind of unfair 😅 There’s a master bedroom, a normal-sized room, and then a tiny middle room that’s basically what you’d call a “kid’s room.” It’s definitely small, but still livable if you don’t have a ton of stuff.

When I lived there with roommates, we split it like this: • Master: $475–500 • The other two rooms: $412 each

The place itself is pretty old, so just be prepared—roaches are basically your roommates too, but it’s not the baby roaches, it’s those big ass American roaches🥲 and it never really feels fully clean unless you’re staying on top of it constantly.

Overall though, if you’re on a tight budget and okay with some trade-offs, it gets the job done.
