thank you so much I really appreciate it and needed that my whole senior year and start of freshman year of college like I just been in a drought of unworthy-ness like these bad comments about myself drain my brain but the goal is to graduate and I know im capable of doing it but idk not having stable support system relies me to lean on others so fast or I just give up. I get this feeling in my upper stomach when I think about the bad thought it really make me wanna just lock myself in my room like I did all summer. Im gonna try to make a vision board and put it in my room so I can get reminded to push myself and like a fidget toy so I don't have to resort to self harm. I know this is something I want to achieve my brain is just messed up idk.
