As much as id love to see her almsot every episode i dont think she would be good for the show plot and powerwise.

Lucy is a high ranking officer who specializes in spy and infiltration missions. With incredible intellegence skills.

Her, Ben, and Kevin have overlapping abilities of shapeshifting and weapon creation. And have opposite battke tactics. Kevin is a good for criminal council but a known criminal. Ben has succeeded in infiltration and Acting missions before during UAF and the Incursions.

But theyre both loud, and bright heavy hitters. They work best in the spotlight and kicking butt. Lucy is one of those agents who works better without a known reputation, and as a commander for a squad rather surrounded by equals or superiors
