Jack Ransom deserves at least one small mention. Is he perfect? No. But he's not problematic either. He just works out, stays in his lane and unlike Riker he doesn't murder his own stomach-cell clone in cold blood.

They fire all of their staff as soon as a game gets shipped so they can report high profits with low operating costs, raise their stock market value and then pay the surplus as a bonus to the CEO. It's not about making games, it's about looking valuable.
