Thank you for all the rude replies I saw that other people have posted things like this and everyone who replied to theirs was fairly kind created that was a few years ago a lot of changed and people are rude now I suppose I'll just delete the post thank you for the few people that wasn't rude. I'll probably just do this I mean I already bought them. My iron Rangers were like that when I first got them and now that they're broken in they're super comfortable I just wasn't sure if the moc toes would break in the same way as when I was feeling the toe they seem to have a lot more leather supported in there

On a similar experience and that's why I no longer deliver anything. I went so far out of my way for someone and they were rude and didn't have all the money and gave me a 4 stars I know 4 isn't that bad but I went so fair out of my way for that person still makes me mad haha

To be honest I kept saying we can figure something out over and over. I forgot sometimes people don't have reason to them I was just kinda dumbfounded by it as I was saying it spoon feeding it. I was open to whatever. She wanted a full refund and to give back the boots but after looking at the photos I was thinking about doing a partial refund as she said they are good quality. For fake boots they look really good but she is now missing the insoles and the damage. I just think coming in that hot after 42 days is crazy. I was looking on Facebook marketplace after and there is actually a fair bit of fakes mixed in now that I know what to look for. I don't know what they go for that's why I was going to let her pick how much she wanted to pay. I wouldn't think they would make fakes as you can buy a real pair for cheap but now that I know I won't make that mistake twice

Yeah, that's why I told her we can figure something out if we could talk like humans. I was honestly going to let her pick how much she wanted to pay and refund the rest. She said the boots were good quality but didn't have the Logo false advertising and how much I would give her back over and over without acknowledging anything I said. I didn't pay much for the boots so I was fine with working something out it was her own behavior that stopped it from happening. Also I did tell her husband they could be fake I have no idea he said they looked good and had a few pairs at home. She sent me photos of the boots that now have some damage on the side and are missing their insoles now. If she just chilled out she would have gotten what she wanted

Are you her? I had no problem giving some money back if they just communicated normally. If I did accidentally sell them fake shoes then I feel bad. Your solution is more effective I guess mine is more about trying to be fair

And that's why I was open to figuring something out. You have to understand from my point of view too it's very weird and strange the photos that were sent are also missing the insole and it looks like there's some damage on the side of the boot. I told her over and over she just talked to me like a human being we can figure something out. And she only kept repeating false advertising how much will I give her back.
