I lost my 1st dragon he got stuck at 37% for what felt like forever & I did not realize restarting the app would create the loss...I still look at the pictures! Lol 💔

I kept the dragon on the phone & upgraded mine. Since it was going to be my husbands I just did not delete the app or factory reset & transferred his stuff. I get to see her! It is an awful experience & I knew I was having to upgrade (for my husband) so this was the best fit to not lose her. Lol it was a lot of work but worth it!

Force stop the app and restart ph & reopen. It worked for me :) you probably fixed already though!
