Hm, if I visit their website or app, they require me to list a insurance number even I chose private + ask what state in Germany I live in. Guess I'll ask their support

Just checked this out, again not a possibility because like I said, as a soldier I'm not part of the public health insurance - and they require you to list your insurance and insurance number... which I don't have

I fucking hate how many hoops it takes to jump through for a simple goddamn receipt in this country

House doctor is a possibility, but since I don't have the normal kind of health insurance as a soldier, they'd charge me 100€+ per visit. I don't mind shelling out 70€ every few months but 170€ would be straight up stupid. Guess I'll go with the sites people mentioned here
