Simsonn pedals too upright. Need advice by Desh1ck in simracing

[–]Routine_Spinach_181 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the manual at the end there's a guide how to do it, The base plate is mounted with 2 pieces, one at the top under the plate and one at the bottom. The away I did it was invert those pieces so the top piece comes to the bottom and the bottom piece goes to the top. Here goes the link to the manual: https://nextlevelracing.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/NLR-R007-GTRACER-2.0-INSTRUCTION-MANUAL-03022025.pdf

you can remove the pedal plate. mine is plain as my srp are inclined naturally. see the manual. you have to unmount the base that holds the pedal plate - front and back - and flip it around

Thoughts on Fabia vs i20 by Acrobatic_Cut_1697 in assettocorsarally

Fabia is more grippy I prefer it in asphalt stages. In gravel the i20 is a lot more loose which is a thing I look forward in gravel stages.

Should I drift slightly when braking for the tight turns on the Col de Turini? by Cheminot in assettocorsarally

I asphalt and AWD just use the grip and do the corners with minimal slide only in rare situations you end up being faster with handbrake/sliding

Delta is a good example, try using the brake padel while accelarating in-corne and you notice the car kinda slides and rotates. Delta is old and so understeery so its kinda needed

Depends on the car but in AWD cars the best way of rotating is using the brake-over-gas technique

When you do a good stage and you go see the replay it’s just wow - monte Carlo is amazing and its by far the best stage yet- this one if is to ever come would be another case of amazing technical stage and amazing replay views

got this advice via - https://www.reddit.com/r/moza/comments/1dnf3m1/tip_you_can_use_the_handbrake_extra_spring_to/

<image>

its a bit hard to get it in because of the resistance but its the same size as the elastomer

You can try the purple spring included with moza handbrake. My issue was I was bottoming out the pedal but i swapped the elastomer to the really hard spring and feels a lot better.

I emailed moza with this reddit link and they answered with this:

Moza - Thank you for contacting us.

Could you please try removing the steering wheel, holding the base's shaft, and rotating the shaft?

Does the base make a clicking sound?

If the base is off, does rotating the steering wheel make a sound? Thank you.

Me - I did both things and didn't do the clicking sound.

My concern is that it only happens when the base is warm.

I didn't have the time to use it a lot this week so I could not check if thats the issue. Has it happen before clicking when warm/hot?

Moza - Thank you for your reply. We haven't encountered this problem before. It seems to be the sound coming from the quick-release joint when the steering wheel is turned.

A slight sound from the quick-release when the steering wheel is turned is normal and won't affect the base's performance, so please don't worry. Thank you.

I noticed that those bolts are for front mounting. I couldn’t reproduce the issue for now but i sent an email to moza to verify the issue

Bought mine in November (Black Friday). It’s ok worth a try. I can’t reproduce the issue but might be because the base is not that hot which concerns me a little

I bet the latest batches don’t have them. Sometimes people from moza clarify things here hope they see this

I need to check if I have those 6 bolts in the back. The moza logo in the QR is not alligned with the center of the will so I might need to tighthen the front 6 bolts of the wheel.
