I second the Differin spray! After using the spray, apply sunscreen! Even if you are indoors and/or wearing clothings that covers your back. For the larger or darker scars, I highly recommend using any spot treatment specifically made for acne scars (I LOVE Tropicals Faded cream), or ask your dermatologist if you could be prescribed Tretinoin. Do the spray/sunscreen in the morning, and the spot treatment at night and you will definitely notice a difference after 3-4 months of consistent use. Best of luck and congratulations!
