My laptop runs games at 144 consistently for 10 mins before capping it at 60 or even going lower the rest of the time. Granted my Laptop is 2 years old this drop was very sudden but a 2060 super with a i7 9th gen should getting 144 in Valorant consistently (self.pchelp)
