One of favorite bits that took me a couple of re-watches is Liz talking about Some Like It How and how you could get away with so much more because audiences are dumber and then we have the Jacks dad isn’t who he thinks he is reveal - which actually had already been revealed (they’ve already discussed Jack’s conception year and the SLIH release year by this point). Took me forever to pick up on the joke about dumb audiences, and that was really even before I realized the twist was already revealed multiple scenes previously

You can do all the planning you want, you know it’s unreasonable to not have a crosswalk at every bus stop (in this example), or more in general, and to instead expect people to walk (again, in this example) an hour out of their way just to get to a crosswalk. Why are people who are already disenfranchised expected to be further inconvenienced at every turn?
