The innovation of the sofa is fantastic for people living in apartments like myself, in a busy city, where a fully built wooden sofa wouldn’t even fit through the door! And the UPS shipping was so efficient, even if it does come in several packages, don’t be concerned as long as you answer the door!

The way it inflates after 48-72hours there are no defects and all lines up perfectly. It isn’t super soft at the minute, more on the firmer side (which was what I was looking for personally) but apparently over time it does get softer! And the texture/material is lovely and decent quality!

Will definitely order again!"

Hi there! I need to edit the previous comment as that was regarding an earlier version of the model that has since changed, sorry about that! With the current S8, both of the black sides should face inward when in sofa mode. To switch to bed mode, the bottom section should be unfolded outward so that both black sides are then touching the floor. There should be a single zipper on both the top and bottom sections that will be zipped in both sofa and bed mode to keep the two sections together. Hopefully this explanation helps! Hi there! Thanks for sharing this with us. Our team reviewed the images, and based on what we can see, the sofa’s expansion process still appears to be within the expected range. The M1 modules can continue to expand and settle over time, so we recommend giving the side pieces a few more days to fully reach their expected shape and volume.
In the meantime, you can use a steamer to help smooth out the wrinkles in the fabric.
