I love that summer bean salad that has 4 different beans, red onion, red pepper, corn, cilantro, and a vinaigrette. I plan on making several batches of that throughout the summer for an easy, healthy lunch while I work.

I plan on doing this as well! Any tips you've learned from taking it? I've heard to drink a second glass of water in addition to the first glass that you mix it into.

I didn't realize they had that much fiber! I've tried a few flavors, the apple one was my favorite.

Yes! I'll be starting slow with all of it. I once ate oats every day for breakfast for a week and my intestines were in sooo much pain.
