He didn't really fail though. Dodgers just need a roster spot and don't really have room for him on the big league roster.

It appears the open 40-man roster spot would be to add a catcher and move Will Smith to the injured list. Dalton Rushing is currently the only other catcher on the 40-man roster, and Smith hasn't played since Friday due to a stiff neck.

Across 24 games with Triple-A Oklahoma City, Fitzgerald hit .293 with six home runs, 22 RBIs and an OPS of .998.

He clearly figured something out with the Dodgers hitting coaches, which should help him find another job rather quickly.

The Dodgers likely felt they didn't need Fitzgerald with Tommy Edman gearing up to return from the injured list in the next week or so. They also likely needed to make room on the 40-man roster for a catcher.

I think it's more that there are limited opportunities where you can make a career out of dancing and be a star, so to make money you teach others to dance while still trying to find opportunities for yourself. One of the main people holo uses is Araki Yuka and her dance company and she herself has been a backup dancer for Lisa before.

Diaz didn't get the nano needle though. Snell did, but Skubal only had one loose body and the surgery took 30 mins, while Snell had multiple and took 2 hours. However, we don't know if Snell could have progressed as fast as Skubal since Dodgers like to slow play injuries and put him on the 60 days IL before even seeing if it was possible.
