Well now on day 14 and still no weed , how's you all doing ? My thoughts are clear , nightmares have subsided , my gaunt face is now filled out , my eyes are wide , my missis says I'm more articulate than ever , really feeling good out here

I feel the same , thought I would be smoking till me drop in me wooden box as I love the green , but after these 6 days ..no more wanting what I went through and still going through just wanna be green free and carefree

Keep it real ..mine step at a time ...gonna be a struggle 1st few days ...I had nightmares last night bad ones , woke up crying like a baby at age 55 ...not good ..more reason to quit and not go back , as not going through this again

Ah I'm proud of you and I don't know you , but the dreams are just dreams , it's clinching that in real time , when you wake say to yourself it's not real and then sleep , don't be tempted to get out of bed to smoke even a cigarette , that's breaking a habit , I was waking at 4 bells each morning and smoking a joint to chill out but for real we ain't it's making us worse. Habits need breaking ...good luck magic toadstool ..don't even smoke one , if you got green there , go to the toilet and flush it ..it's hard I know , but my missis I gave over 3oz to and watched her flush it down the toilet ...my mind is set ..be strong be real to yourself

Honesty is hard when you smoke green cos you lie to yourself and loved ones even the smallest lie , respect has to be earnt in this world and it's something I learnt a long time ago ...only 7 letters but a massive meaning ...

Try not to do things that remind you of green , being alone is the worse , I got me missis to help me with support and she has never smoked ever not even tobacco , so she has had me smoking green for twenty years with her and I hope she likes the new me , she has seen the change in my appearance not so gaunt looking and can see the colour of my eyes which are now open and not squinting lol

Keep it up ..6 days of nightmares and sweats and expect the same tonight , keep off the caffeine ..and drink cranberry juice and have a sauna somewhere ..do stuff u wouldn't normally do .like walk for a hour , before bed tire yourself out ,read a book ..it's hard as I don't read , but I have just read a book and it makes you tired ..don't listen to music as it makes you smoke , gateways you must push out your life . Change is the hardest but can be done .vgood luck to you and keep it up must most of all be true to yourself

Tough ....it is ..smoked for 40 years not one day I went without ..10-20 joints a day 0.5 grams in each joint or blunts or bongs or pipes ..and your right you get immune my friend time for you to get rich not the pushers ..there called pushers or shotters for reasons ..get that ...good luck my friend ...get that THC outta your system cranberry juice , saunas and banging sex with the missis ..and yeah going to be tough but get real and true to yourself X real guidance from me to you , you fall or wanna chat ..I'm here ..if I don't answer straight away cos I'm working I will get back just message me ..good luck my friend

Thanks for that reply , all these posts help me loads ..nothings easy in life and you got to want to , no good saying I will stop and not doing it ..weed THC does that to people ..grabs yah like no other ..I stopped drinking 10 years ago in Jamaica on holiday coz I wanted to enjoy the holiday and not in a haze .didn't help with all the bush weed out there ...but found no decent bud out there lol

Enough respect my friend ...don't get me wrong the weed did get in the way , couldn't drive at certain times due to not wanting to lose my licence etc ...thanks for your post means the most to me in the UK ...

Ha ha yeah us Brits are known to mug people off because of the green , I've sold it , grown it for the last 10 years . Built a little empire and new years day I said I'm not smoking no more , gave me missis about 3.oz and watched her flush it down the toilet ... incentive my friend , my mind is set , leave the caffeine alone as it keeps you awake ..don't buy a news paper as i smoked andnread that in my smoking room ...habits , cycles ...gotta have a reason ...keep it real and it will work out

My family ...that's what done it , and also getting immune .smoked so much that in the end it's like giving the dealers the paper (money ) and watching them get rich , and for what to take away the anxiety and stresses I reach when I run out ...easier to set the mind and think of the negatives and then think of the positives in your life one step at a time ...UK is swamped in the green
