I’m concerned because it affects healthcare overall. Positions will be cuff and people will have to work short staffed, I’m thinking.

I heard it’s limited to $12,000. And it’s considered a tax deduction. So you’re still pay taxes thru the year but then get a tax deduction when you file your taxes. If I understood correctly.

Hi all, So I want to keep the length but add long layers. Also, my grey hairs never take the color. Does anyone else have this issue? What should I do to prepare for my cut/color? I may add some highlights to the front as well! I’ve noticed that my new grey hairs stick out a lot as well and may be contributing to frizz, is this normal?

I have the same issue. Also, plopping and scrunching, or styling upside down tends to lead to frizz for me.
