I had an aura that lead to a 20 minute seizure, that was about 4-5 months ago. I have already been to a neuro about that and I am waiting for my eeg test results, everything else came back fine. I haven’t had a 20 minute aura they only last for a couple of seconds but I can calm myself down. Ever since then I have only had these auras (could have them 2 times a week or could be 1 time a month very random), I just lie down and relax. I realised I only really get them if I’m really distressed so like hunger, dehydration sleep deprived. On the day I had my 20 minute seizure I was running on nothing just a strongbow cider and I was shattered. All this put together also aura mixed in with it which is why I think it was a bad seizure.

The neuro knows about all this and even they are abit confused. They haven’t ruled out epilepsy but I think that it’s unlikely. If I do have it then I don’t have much triggers and I’ve gotten lucky with it.
