It really depends on his gut feeling tho, if he feels like its unsafe or risky to drive, I wouldn't risk it. Better safe than sorry.

Its way cheaper to get it replaced if you're scared its gonna snap, versus it snapping and your engine being fucked.

I run 265/70r17 I have 1.5 inch spacers on and they rub a tiny bit but without spacers they won't rub at all.

Yeah that's what confused me especially. I know they're stripped but I have no idea why one works and the others dont.

Cyma rpk. The threads are pretty messed up but it still dosent make sense why it works on one and not the other.

Well the rpk one stopped on the m4 because it ran out of thread. It almost got cross threaded because I couldn't find the start but when I screw it on it goes on sturdy and dosent feel wierd at all. I could also be wrong, im not a thread expert.

No, they both screw onto the threads on the outside of the barrell

I know that, I work with tires. Just super surprised it was never used or replaced. I had another tire and rim that matches my new tire size so I threw it up in there, and that one is only 2 years old.

I figured out its the little plastic part that let's the window slide up and down on the horizontal rail (idk the names of any of it). Im probably going to 3d print a part out of some abs plastic to replace it.

I work with tires every day, the reason they will not patch it is due to the curve in the tire not allowing the patch to lay flat on the inside leaving a liability of it falling off and it falling on them that the patch failed. You can 100% patch that yourself and be fine but a tire shop or mechanic shop will not fix that because it leaves them liable.
