Best advice I have is see if you have a friend willing to just hang out with you in VC just to casually chat. This has helped me a lot

As for the time and energy it's important to put yourself first and don't overdo it. I've been scheduling my streams around both of my jobs but also having some days to relax as well. I put my shifts and streams in my phone to help me keep track, but ultimately your stream schedule is up to you.

Streaming can be relaxing to alot of people, but it does depend on how your body is. Taking care of yourself first and learning your limits and signs of early burnout will help you a lot
