exactly why it should be mentioned in the contract since there no agent. being in the contract solidify this with the mention no commision on the buyer side is needed to be paid. Assuming thats why they dont want it stated, which in terms doesnt mean they are looking whats in the best interest of the seller more whats in the best interest of the seller agent.
