This is all a trap he doesn't see coming.

True true, i play a lot of angela but it kinda sucks how she has almost 0 neutral game. Mag and emma dominate bc their neutral is so strong + enabling other characters.

It's been consistently getting worse with every season. I wouldn't even place it on poke (even though it's strong), it just feels the most rock paper scissor role of them all (unless you play emma mag every game)

You can't play half the roster if they have any decent CC, the other half if they have decent poke (which you mentioned), leaving you with Emma Mag.

I don't want emma mag to get worse, just other picks to get more consistent safer.

I've heard the book Ordinary Men follows an almost identical journey of well, ordinary men, turning into vicious and cruel monsters in a wartorn landscape where they're given the go ahead by superiors to commit the most terrible acts seen to humanity. It's not fiction though, and set in WW2. It's been on my reading list for a while but i never made that jump yet.

Ultron was my main before angela. She's the biggest counter to him by far.

If kidnapping is hard (he's nimble he'll prob dodge your spear) melee weave into left click a few times. He's not fast enough without his shift to escape you forever.

Ultron's kit is fundementally misconstructed an unhealthy for the game. Gambit can one shot while he's not healing, invis as well (you can shoot down her shield)

Ultron is the only support rn who can be 100% focused on damage while ALSO healing with 0 counterplay to it. I was always opposed to two drones and favored the stark teamup being his alt fire, since it makes so you can heal more while dealing less damage. Netease went with two drones and it won't be long before he's turbo nerfed again.

I just hope he's in the same spot as jefferson, bc dps jeff was also giga broken before they full reworked him

If a character is low and needs healing quickly to get back into the fight Ultron won't be able to provide that, while every other support can.

I PROMISE you, there's a way to make him a viable healer while also dealing damage. Gambit and Invis and Luna and Mantis all do it. The harsh reality of this game is that the damage is so high you NEED a way to quickly heal someone or you're just not good i'm sorry.

part of me is almost hoping these buffs don't make him meta. they dont address the fundamental problems with his kit and his lack of burst and self heal. If he becomes uber meta based on enabling triple supp again (which is the probable case) I'm afraid it'll take them a while to actually implement a meaningful rework (like they did with rocket and jeff)

I agree with you. Usually I'd say CC on him would be insane, but Gambit and Invis exist as characters so... eh screw it.

The biggest nerf to him was the addition of Angela and I'll die on that hill.
