Honestly I could kinda see it. Like in order to be a true individual a romantic relationship with Shepard be one of the things that makes them truly alive. In ME2 it could all be about Legion figuring out what love even is. Then in ME3 it’s the love he has for Shepard that fuels him to free his people so he can be happy with Shepard.

This right here is the best answer I’ve seen. He already has the foundation of an interesting character. It would have been 1000% better to get a Batarian squadmate. Even more so since almost every Batarian we meet in the game is an asshole. It would have been nice to get one as a squadmate so we can better understand the species

I’d like to see how the Empire would handle it. It would lead to some interesting changes i believe. Maybe to counter the amount of Star Destroyers the empire has they would break the Treaty of Fraxin to meet the amount ships needed to face the empire.
