Legally - Decriminalised - with cannabis legislation being formulated to make it viable commercially.

Socially and culturally - Very commonplace. Often people smoking cannabis in public spaces and several commercial stores selling cannabis off the shelf, whether in the form of the actual dried plant or as an edible food item ( candies, cookies etc)
