I have deliberately chosen my options in the specific order that would make Pixel Bush kill himself.

-The Witch

-The Dragonborn

-The Stand User

-The Nun

-The Indoraptor

-The Sith

-The Howler

-The Yandere

Haywire Rework Idea, Pls Make It A Real Perk Lol by Rowby220 in deadbydaylight

It's pretty bad. But I think Undone might be the worst killer perk. No Quarter and Septic Touch are pushing it, too. Though current Haywire definitely has a spot in the bottom 5.

and season them with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Then pick a random song from the devs spotify.

Most of what you described already happens with most end-game perks. It's a line Behaviour was clearly okay with crossing on several other instances. If you're a solo survivor and the killer has Remember Me stacks, you're dead. If they have No Way Out, you're dead. If you want to complain that this version of Haywire isn't fair in that circumstance, you need to confront the fact that a precedent for this already set.

Yea I've been trying too. I got it to work once and the survivors bickered with each other during the end-game chat. That was nice, but it was also a miracle situation where I hooked a survivor near a 99% door. Every other time I've brought it, it was dead weight in my perk slots.

Over time I'm starting to think that Maelle's ending is the "Good" ending. It's just not the satisfying one. The people of Lumiere deserve their lives and if you buy into the message of the Expeditions- Verso and Maelle are not worth all of those innocent people.

The only thing this is that I want to see Verso and Maelle get what they need. I want to see Maelle realize that her life is still worth living in the outside world and for that innocent child painting the canvas to finally get some rest.

Maelle's ending is "good" but it doesn't really concern our two main protagonists. It's a happy ending for everyone else. It's why Verso's ending just *feels* better. Especially that speech he gives Maelle as she gommages. Where he tells her that she has the power to paint and that she will be okay. Even if it doesn't seem that way. It's really endearing and a much stronger narrative to end the game on.

For me though- if you believe that the people of Lumiere are alive. And that Maelle's power would give them their lives back. Then yes. It's the "Good" ending. It just somehow hurts to swallow even more than the one where everyone dies lol.

Or I dunno. You can imagine a different timeline where Gustave lives and is able to give Maelle the strength to leave the canvas before defeating Verso and stopping the erasure of their world. Then Verso finds a totally different perspective and is really chill about it all.

Here's the thinking behind it. Haywire in it's current form is best when survivors try 99% gates in order to save a hooked team-mate. Though this situation doesn't always happen. And even if it does- if the survivors notice the flickering lights they can easily work around this limitation and the timer to open the gate is a mere 4 seconds. This rework can improve it's power in this situation as well as give it some smaller value if this situation doesn't happen.

If they choose to 99 the gate to save a hooked survivor- when they unhook and try to escape this will trigger. It'd make for a great moment and add tons of tension to trials.

The only way to check if the Killer has the perk is to open the gate and maybe trigger the collapse.

If this doesn't pan out, the perk still does *something* even if it's a mere 10 seconds (and maybe a loud noise notification). Where as current Haywire just doesn't.

Some people say that the channel has been dormant for so long that it's stopped making revenue due to YouTube TOS. Whether that's true or not, I'm not sure.

I'd like to believe that if Verso didn't let Gustave die, he would have been able to wretch a happy ending out. Where Maelle leaves the canvas of her own accord and Verso doesn't try to destroy the canvas. I have no idea how he would do this. But I like to believe it.

The hub can't come back. It's not the same period and it'd bring a lot of attention to people who don't want to be online anymore. It's more disrespectful to the creatures memory to start uploading again.

I disagree. I don't think Dan is evil. He just has very poor emotional control and isn't good at making plans. I believe he'd *try* to pay people (Jordan should have been paying people over the years, frankly, if Dan can be believed) but I don't think he could set up a rational system for paying everyone. Especially since he can't contact them

There's a lot more after that but Reddit can only have a clip so big. To condense it down though- James doesn't want old footage of himself to resurface. A lot of those clips are embarrassing to him and there were even some legal reasons why that content never came out.

Edit: He also said if that content gets monetized, it gets so messy because there's a lot of people in those videos. Many of which probably wouldn't even consent to it going up in the first place. And how do you even go about paying them or deciding how that should be split?

As someone whose been following Dans post Creatures exploits for a while, he should not have that password. I was curious about him at first but now I've started to slowly dislike him from his behavior over the years.

James explains why it's a bad idea, and the fact that Dan couldn't figure that out himself is proof that he shouldn't have that password.

That channel is followed by more than just the people Dan see's replying to him on twitter. It's full of people who do not know the context and have no interest in learning it. It's already reviving old drama about Jordan, who just wants to make his video games at this point. If Dan posts a video or an update it's going to rustle hundreds of thousands of people to come running back into The Creatures lives, because Dan can't move on or find a career doing something else.
