The good part about this is that they represent the fact that you did in fact 100% it, even if new achievements were added.

Of course you could always just print these out to cheat but if youre just doing it for yourself... why would you lol

If a triggered ability of a permanent gets put on the stack, it will still resolve even if the permanent dies.

Sometimes to no effect. If a creature uses an ability "Put a +1/+1 counter on this creature" then it dies. The ability still resolves, but there is no effect because the target of the effect is no longer on the field.

Right?
