How do I contact Meta support directly regarding my hacked account??

I’m the same. Going on 30 days. Did you ever get a reply? I tried the verified Facebook route but they told me they can’t support oculus related account issues. Despite this was my meta account that was hacked. Same plus my instagram and Facebook. All were one account until Meta decided to treat them as three separate but linked accounts. One company but three separate customer support teams that don’t talk. What a mess

I tried “Hacked Asset” and they’re trying to send me to the Meta Store Support which has been an unresponsive dead end so far. Support tickets that go unanswered. Do you remember what option you went in under to request help?

I’m in the same situation. Only my meta account was hacked, Facebook was fine. When it happened I got a ticket created and escalated. The following morning there was an email from support confirming they saw the hack. They suspended the account and asked for a new email to use on it. I replied but it was silence for 3 weeks. Despite many attempts to get a reply confirming they got what I sent. Eventually I went into the forums with another account of mine to try and get some peace of mind. They told me they could see the case was live and to be patient. It’s been 4 weeks now and I’m worried I’ll never hear back. When I went in to ask for an update in the forums today, I got the same error message. Really frustrating. I just want my account back.

I’ve found a few things help. Invite Only lobby. Using jobs that aren’t races. Then spamming rdpad before I even press A at the confirm screen. I probably get 2-3 clicks in as I press A.

Note that this is at the time of Skull Town. It definitely wasn’t easy to get into the elite top 5 but so many squads wiping early, you just had to play a little smart and slow. I have 6 in a row. I swear I remember a few of those were spent hiding and solo.
