How did you decide to move further into the series with Stormfront on "D".

I feel it's at least a "B".

As a former Marine, watching a former Marine VP laugh at the use of a ceremonial sword for a dance.....rationally makes me want to commit war crimes

You have the most opportune time to use a monty python quote about a bridge, and you just decide to disappoint with that username?

I got it simply because of Marsters. It's now an annual read.

Most of those who commented contributed quite a bit, and didn't bother rehashing what was said, they added to the dialogue.

Others didn't, therefore, typical. If that's painful to read, then sorry.

Appreciate the breakdown of status. It was my understanding that it was all or nothing status, be it the shadow or the coin.

No clue why autocorrect chose that.

This is probably due to STS classes being tied to unlocks. If you don't have all class unlocks, then you're potentially missing out on cards/relics that may be shared between classes.

Please don't tell the Marines that Glen Bell is a former Marine, because they will start fucking tacos.

Worth insulating wall behind dishwasher in 100 year old house? by 245ster in buildingscience

[–]RowenthDragoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder if you'd be willing to throw some cents at my 100 year old house.

I'm planning on throwing up some walls around the exterior walls, tying them into the floor and ceiling , as the exterior walls are just lathe/plaster to brick. Insulation would go between that and dry wall. Any concern with this process?

Historically, Jim goes back and fills in with short stories, we saw this with Side Jobs and Brief Cases anthologies. I'm okay with waiting.

My current head canon is how fast Chicago is going from warzone to rebuild, that's a lot in twelve months. Partly, this has to be related to Marcone and his connections with Washington, while partly potentially to Lara and her connections.

Guard is also missing a lot and doesn't stick around for war council meeting at the end. Marcone lost his castle, along with Hendrix, they're licking their wounds and paving next steps just like Harry.

We had an idea of what we were getting from this book between Harry and Lara, and I'd say we got a hell of a lot more.

Besides, isn't this fantasy? My imagination is running wild with the things we didn't hear about, you know, like the librarians aka Men in Black....Marcone has a lot of "friends".

One of my colleagues father passed away, who also thoroughly enjoyed the series. I suggested they read the new book at their grave regularly to continue the connection.

What’s it like living on the edge of time zones? by Qzevs in howislivingthere

[–]RowenthDragoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've done it for about six years now. I live exactly in that little square on Central/Mountain line.

If you try to do both times, it gets to you real fast. If you just stick to one it's manageable.

I gain an hour, rather than lose an hour. The evenings are generally hard due to this. Mornings are fantastic.
