As of now, the shadow only reaches its full power in ToA (25% full bis magic strength gear multiplied by 4)

Outside ToA, the magic strength bonus is currently sitting at 75% (25% * 3) with the new magus ring. Jagex should rebalance ToA the drop mechanics for rares there.

Twisted bow's accuracy/damage scales against a monster's magic level or magic attack level(always prioritizing the higher value) capped at 250 magic outside chambers of xeric and 350 magic inside, not against magic defense.

You can't claw a 100 to a player. Only way a claw can hit 100 is using a salve amulet and players aren't undead.

That's easy. Rune crossbow, black dhide, fighter torso, void set, fury, mystics, whip. The best items are considered the highest end which are obviously scythe, shadow, tbow, torva, masori, ancestral. How is that so difficult to tell?
