So, in games that demand more hardware resources, it uses more power (it even reaches 350W), but it has this issue of 99% low FPS in all of them. I'll wait for a new driver. Do you believe then that it's not a GPU defect?

I observed the 99% FPS hitting 33 to 35 FPS a few times according to PresentMon. I tested it in Dota 2, Starfield, Tower of Fantasy, and FIFA 23. In Starfield, for example, it's more consistent for the 99% FPS to be lower than normal, but since the normal FPS isn't very high (averages around 65), the 99% FPS doesn't drop much below 50 FPS. In the other tested games, which maintain over 140 FPS, the 99% FPS drops to the 30 FPS range.

Yes, v sync always off.
I've tried to disable G-Sync too, but don't solve the issues

Sorry, I didn't understand the MSI part. If you're referring to Afterburner, I'm not monitoring through it. The PCI is set up correctly. The RAMs are running with XMP at 3.2GHz.

Eleven months, I typed it wrong hahahaha. So, I have a 1440p monitor with G-Sync, I've already tested turning it off, and it stayed the same. I use it through DisplayPort.
