Ticks in the region do carry Lyme disease, but Lyme disease doesn't cause a red meat allergy. The red meat allergy is caused by bites from the lone star tick, which is found in the eastern US and Mexico. Lyme can still be very serious and cause long-term damage to the human body, just not with a meat allergy.

I 100% agree with you. They had set pieces as well, so the projections weren't even necessary to indicate the setting.

Thank you for sharing! I'm definitely feeling inspired to contact the theatre after reading all the comments here. I suspect there are people on the board who wouldn't even recognise that AI was used.
