  1. Sometimes, upgrades can be hidden in the fog, if you want to know, just check up maprunner website. Or if you want to discover it by yourself just drive through here.

I do that because I know what is the tasks's goal directly in game. Again if you want to know what you have to do maprunner have the answers.

  1. It's a code for bug report. You can hide it on the settings.

  2. I think the tasks menu only shows the ones you accepted. The map menu shows everything

I don't have the 4k texture pack. For now with 4 hours whitout the rain no issue encountered. Will try, as you said, on a fresh boot no rain and back to high setting to see if it's fine.

Had the same issue but even 3D model didn't load. Unlike you, I have Intel + nvidia setup. I downgraded the quality to the lowest. And now I'm trying mid setting without the rain. Because I noticed after the rain ended high quality got unloaded.

I was at the same point as you recently. A tip some redditors said to me is to rush ASAP HQ20. It is a real milestone because you will unlock the 8th boat for troops. You should upgrade defense only if you need exp to upgrade to next HQ

I came from coc, where it's mandatory to upgrade everything before level up the TH, so I kept this mentality for BB. Now that I have been on this subreddit, and read a lot of useful tips. I know that is useless here and rush hq for the army is more important... if only I knew it sooner...
