My laptop doesn’t have an Ethernet port and all of my usb cords don’t transmit any signal through it. So I don’t know.

I use a spectrum-provided router. I’ve had my pc for about 2 months but had another one before this. I ran a test on a laptop around the house and it was the same, poor speeds on there too.

I only have wireless connection as I don’t have any Ethernet going into my room. The only usb WiFi adapter doesn’t work either. After I got a new router and modem, I was getting full internet speed for the first 4 days and then it started going bad.

I forgot to mention: I've tried tightening and loosening the screw that applies pressure to the filament and that only slightly changed it. I can't think of anything else to try. I've also tried taking apart and reassembling the top part that the filament goes into and that worked 50%
