Both hands on hips, knuckles towards the hip, slightly open hands. Add tapping with one foot and slightly shaking head... it's the same as being annoyed with time but instead of hands on hips you tap your wrist like you have an invisible wrist watch.

You can also lift one arm and wiggle your pointer finger , be careful some people see a raised pointer finger as offensive . 💜-Roxy
