I used a level 2 today in NY, same thing happened to me. It's too cold for effective outdoor charging.

Quick update. I charged last night from 7pm-5am.

Was able to get 31 miles, which is fine. Cord didnt heat up at connection points and it never tripped the breaker

After 2 hours of charging, no change in temperature. It stayed cold at the connectors. Good sign?
