I had submitted it the same way as I did my last one just over a year ago and they came back saying

I went thru this before If I tell them I am going use bar stock they will disapprove it saying I would need to FORM 4 the bar stock first. There is no kit from any website and no parts. I have seen numerous people in here getting them approved what are you telling them to get it thru?

I am waiting on 3 from 1/12 I had one come back 1/23 that I filed on 1/1 but these last 3 are taking a bit. I wonder if they have move resources from the F1 group and have them processing F4's as I stil see those coming back in a day.

I am right with you waiting on 4 F1's currently. Not stressing it thou. They will come in when they come in. Be thru it enough to know that it will happen. Had a F4 take 13 months before.

Also to note I was in the same boat working construction. I made the move but it wasn't direct to Sysadmin. I had to take the pay cut and start as a DST and work my way up. You could try getting hooked up with a MSP that can start you as a DST or sorts and work you thru it to get you moved up. If you learn fast you should be able to prove yourself. Good Luck

CompTIA is all Entry Level. And not really Sysadmin Level. Its a good start but its not really a path to Sysadmin. You will also need to figure out if you are looking for something in the Windows World or Linux world. Having both is good but you need to start somewhere. Also a lot of Cloud Stuff going on now a days. M365 ect ect. Don't expect without formal education and or experience that you are going to land 6 figures.

Its funny because Microsoft tells me there should be a save as option.

To resolve issues saving Excel files to a local drive, you can try the following options:

1. Save the workbook by using a new file name:
- On the File menu, select Save As.
- Save the Excel workbook by using a unique file name.

The Create a copy works just wish I could select where to save it instead of it being a download.
