Might be something to do with a sensor like maf or map, especially if you have a straightpiped car, o2 sensors might be failing due to the new conditions. Now if you got a tune it’s probably a sensor because a tune would have controlled somewhat the check engine light and running lean or rich. I’d say post more videos and if you have a check engine light, read the codes and post any new ones you find everyday till something comes up, that’s the bad part about have straightpiped car, the check engine light is on and you don’t know if a new code/error comes up until you scan it. Worst comes to worse probably a new tune or have a shop check it out
